Q8. Can anyone please help me to trace the parents of Charles Stapleton Maunder?  His middle name may have been Staples.  He was born in Martock in 1823.  His parents moved to Guernsey (apparently there was a "Martock-Guernsey" attraction for several families) where his brother Samuel Henry Maunder was born.  Eventually the brothers, Charles and Samuel, moved to mid-western USA.
